About Us

We look forward to bringing you the unique taste and joy of Marco’s cakes and pastries. Marco understands the science of baking. He received his Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. His lifelong passion has been to create delicious works of art that are catered to every client’s unique taste. His creations have been realized at world renowned destinations such as the Bellagio Hotel and Casino and other Circo Restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada.
